This month will be our last evening meeting, as in February we start in the afternoon at 2pm on a Monday. As our last meeting this year we displayed our annual challenge, it was set to make a 12 inch finished block using a common background with blue, green and /or grey. We hope to make at least one Linus quilt from the resulting blocks. This challenge was enthusiastically supported with most members making more than one block and as many as four. The total number of blocks received was 26, Well done Quilters.
While we had mince pies and Stollen with our tea, some members worked on projects and others just chatted.
