Circular Zipped Box Workshop - March 2017
Our members like to do workshops, but some found a whole day a bit daunting, so we thought we would try running our own half day ones. Our first half day workshop was making a circular zipped box. This pattern came from the internet and was labelled 'Copyright Karen Otto 2011 - Free for anyone to use anytime for any purpose'. This is how we got on with it. Two participants decided to add embellishments to the sides of their boxes.
I was very impressed with the progress made on the day, as nearly everyone had the sides well underway by the finish, and these three have been completed subsequently. I estimated 12 hours to complete a box, but it looks like it can be done in 8 hours.
