February 2017 - Sampler quilt Show and Tell

This was our first meeting of the year. It was scheduled as a show and tell  for our sampler quilts. Some of these are coming along very well. The preferred technique for putting them together seems to be quilt as you go, adding the backing after the quilting and sashing. This method just requires quilting in the ditch around the sashing and some quilting in the border to finish.
