April 2016: Block a Month - Star within a Star, Bears Paw and Wedding Ring
With three new blocks demonstrated tonight, the room was once again busy and exciting. With lots of chatter, a chorus of Happy Birthday for our Chairman and three brand new members - a very exciting evening!
Our demonstrations for tonight were a Star within a Star, Bear Paw and Wedding Ring.
Our members, once again didn't disappoint with their selection of finished blocks. So from last months demonstrations we had:

Remember the Quilters of Sutton Exhibition is on until Sunday 10th - the quilts will be coming down Sunday afternoon. If you wasn't able to make it then some images will be posted over the next few days.
We next meet on Thursday May 5th. Don't forget to bring your finished blocks. We will demonstrate curves in May and discuss the blocks made so far, along side some quilting techniques. See you there!
